STYLIZED STACK CLASSES
Our unique pre-programmed classes layer effective sequences with a variety of training types. Each class incorporates the use of a “stack” where we practice exercises through different patterns of repetition and overload to receive maximum benefits. In addition, our FUSION studio allows members to cross train in a variety of ways during one workout. We encourage participating in FUSION Challenges, we promote Special FUSION Class Packages, and we give you the ability to Mix & Match Workouts from our other MOVEMENT STUDIOS, which allow you to train using all Five Components of Fitness.
