THE STYLE
The STACK HOUSE STYLE is an innovative approach to movement that allows you to CUSTOMIZE your cross training experience.
Each STYLIZED STACK CLASS incorporates the use of a “stack” where we practice exercises through different patterns of repetition and overload to receive maximum benefits.
Our FUSION studio allows members to cross train in a variety of ways during one workout, and we give you the ability to Mix & Match Workouts from our other MOVEMENT STUDIOS, to train using all Five Components of Fitness.
