CLASS EXPERIENCE POLICIES
BOOKING AND CHECK-IN POLICY
Participants can book into class until 20 minutes before we start. Upon signing up for your first class, you must sign the liability waiver. Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins. You must be checked in at the lobby no later than 1 minute before the start of class.
PARTICIPATION POLICY
The Stack House Staff aims to provide you with the highest quality group fitness experience and we have the right to deny service to anyone that causes any discomfort or disrespect in our community. Practice good hygiene, come to class clean and dressed appropriately. Stack House Staff may deny you service if you are not dressed properly for exercise, if you arrive with a strong body odor, or for any concern related to the safety or experience for the Stack House Community.
MEDICAL READINESS POLICY
Our instructors have the best interests for your health and wellness, but we are not doctors or psychiatrists. Please seek professional help if you are suffering from physical or mental illness that affects your ability to participate in exercise. If for any reason our Stack House Staff determines it is unsafe or unfair for you to participate in class, we may deny you service. Always inform your instructor of anything that could potentially impact your class experience like injuries or changes to your health status.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY READINESS QUESTIONNAIRE
We have you complete the industry standard Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire so that you may make the determination if you need to see a doctor before participating. We reserve the right to deny you participation in the class if any of your answers are “yes” and you have not been cleared by your doctor.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Class cancellations must be done 4 hours prior to the start of the reservation to ensure use of the class credit. If a serious situation or unforeseen circumstance causes you to miss class or cancel in a timely manner, you can request to reschedule via email ([email protected]). No refunds are offered for any Class Experience Bookings.
