STACK FUSION® CLASS EXPERIENCE
Build complexity and intensity throughout your workout with our signature STACK FUSION® cross-training class. We combine FLOW (yogalates) , SCULPT (weight training), POWER (strength, speed), and CARDIO (endurance) during a full body workout that is accessible to all fitness levels. You will be offered a variety of exercise variations so you can move at your own pace and impact preferences.
Each class incorporates the use of a “stack” where we practice exercises through different patterns of repetition and overload to receive maximum benefits. This fun, energizing experience will help you learn how to move effectively so you leave feeling challenged and motivated to advance on your fitness journey.
