FLOW STUDIO

The Stack House FLOW Studio promotes longevity through our diverse offerings of mind body mat classes meant to lengthen and stretch your body. This studio prioritizes mindful movement by concentrating on proper body alignment, sensations in different poses, and connecting breath to movement. In this studio, you will find various vinyasa flows, pilates flows, core activation techniques, and stretching sequences. We ground our clients in a calming, yet energetic environment leaving you feeling empowered and positive after class. 

Our instructors encourage clients to practice in a heated room and incorporate sauna meditation into self care routines. By participating in FLOWs, you will enhance your day-to-day functionality – mentally and physically.
