THICK, GRIPPY MAT
WELLNESS TIP: Select a mat that allows you to develop your practice and sustain your health. When exercising regularly, protect your joints with a mat that is at least 5 mm thick. The more grip a mat provides, the more enjoyable your practice. Materials that are anti-bacterial, dry quickly, and do not mold are important to consider!
