POWER STUDIO

The Stack House POWER Studio is inspired by athletes – the ones we aspired to be like when we were young and the role models we continue to admire. In the POWER studio, we build muscle memory that is key for functional purposes and when training for a specific type of sport or athletic hobby. These components of exercise are “controlled stress” on the body to enhance overall performance and muscular strength when executing movements. The goal is simple – work toward increasing the load or resistance over time and/or the speed at which you do the exercises – this will increase power! 

Working out in the POWER studio allows you to set goals and beat them, track progress overtime, and work toward your ideal version of strength and speed success. Conditioning workouts are a critical part of fitness plans for athletes – just as you would work to improve your performance on a tennis court – work on improving your physical performance throughout life.
