When you start a Stack House Studios class, nothing else matters than your ability to find what your body needs – both in the present moment and to reach your long term goals. We are here to support you, so you are able to operate at your highest potential. Our carefully crafted, specialized class offerings combine essential body training and a variety of cross training options through our unique stack class styles and various movement studios. Our innovative interval training style provides consistently effective workouts.

STYLIZED STACK CLASSES
Our unique pre-programmed classes layer effective sequences with a variety of training types. Each class incorporates the use of a “stack” where we practice exercises through different patterns of repetition and overload to receive maximum benefits. In addition, our FUSION studio allows members to cross train in a variety of ways during one workout. We encourage participating in FUSION Challenges, we promote Special FUSION Class Packages, and we give you the ability to Mix & Match Workouts from our other MOVEMENT STUDIOS, which allow you to train using all Five Components of Fitness.
